THE MENACE OF FEMALE FOETICIDE
Inspite of all the legislations and taboos, the girl child is many times aborted and not allowed to enter the beautiful World for none of her faults. Panecea of the problem lies in following two reasons:
1. Procreation i.e.continue the SURNAME of family &
2. DOWRY
for the first, our legislature require to mend the law in such a way that the family surname shall be carried by the more successful partner or as agreed to before tying the nuptial knot, most of the female foeticide can be easily curbed
regarding second, the menace can be curtailed by implementation rather preaching of the law already in vouge in a stricter sense.
